Security and confidentiality is our highest priority.
The number of officers and their movement in this zone is highly restricted by using a CHUBB - UK access control system. Two Card readers are installed at each entrance to the Security Printing Zone which are connected to a computer which registers the following information.
1. Name of Card Holder
2. Entry Time, Exit Time
3. Entrance Used, Exit used
4. Time door held open
5. Whether tried to use an unauthorized Card
6. Whether tried to open doors during unauthorized hours.
7. All unauthorized attempts give a warning at the door by energizing a buzzer.
8. All unauthorized attempts will be video recorded using CCTV Camera, which are connected to the Access Control Systems
We have installed one Inotech Encoding machine which provides one of the latest Encoding system. The machine is connected on to a personal computer and the code line could be fed through the computer and once the print command is selected the encoding machine would print. There is also a facility to save the print outs taken of all the numbers on the cheques for each client and any error also could be detected on the code line.Another feature on this machine is the personalization of cheques. You could print your company name or your personal name or do other personalized printing
